What products do you offer?
We offer scented candles, wax melts, car fresheners, inspired perfumes and thoughtfully prepared fragrance gifts. Availability may change as new scents and seasonal products are added.
Are your products handmade?
Many of our fragrance products are prepared in small batches with care. Please check the individual product description for details about ingredients, size and use.
What does “inspired perfume” mean?
An inspired perfume is an independent fragrance created around a familiar scent direction. Designer names may be mentioned only to help customers understand the fragrance inspiration. Our inspired perfumes are not manufactured, sponsored or endorsed by the referenced designer brands.
How long will a fragrance last?
Fragrance performance varies with skin chemistry, weather, application and environment. For perfume, apply lightly to pulse points such as the wrists, neck and behind the ears. Avoid rubbing your wrists together after applying.
Orders & Shipping
How can I track my order?
Once tracking is available, you will receive an email with shipment details. Please allow a little time for the carrier’s tracking page to update after your label is created.
Where can I find shipping information?
Current delivery estimates, shipping charges and other details are available in our Shipping Policy. Delivery time may vary based on destination, carrier conditions and seasonal demand.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipped.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and guide you through the available next steps.
What is your return and refund policy?
Eligibility and instructions are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. Because fragrance is personal, please review the policy before opening or using an item you may wish to return.
Product Care & Safety
How should I safely burn a candle?
Trim the wick before each burn, place the candle on a stable heat-resistant surface and keep it away from drafts, children, pets and flammable objects. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and follow the safety instructions on the product label.
How do I use wax melts?
Place the recommended amount in a wax warmer designed for melts. Follow the warmer manufacturer’s directions, keep it on a stable surface and never add water. Keep melted wax and warmers away from children and pets.
How should I store fragrance products?
Store products upright in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme heat. Keep all fragrance products out of reach of children and pets.

Yes. We offer ready-made fragrance gifts and selected options for building a personalized gift. Product combinations depend on current availability.
